CONDITIONS
• Closing date for entries is 1 October
2006
• Competition is open to all UK residents,
except employees of Somerfield Stores Limited,
SAAPPA, their associated companies, any
of their agencies or families or anyone
involved in the administration of the promotion
• Entries should be sent to Golden
Apple Awards, 26 Fitzroy Square, London,
W1T 6BT or emailed to goldenappleawards@goldendelicious.info
• Incorrectly completed, copied, damaged,
defaced or illegible entries will not be
accepted
• No responsibility will be taken
for any entries lost or damaged in the post.
Proof of posting will not be accepted as
proof of delivery
• The overall winner’s prize
can be valid for one year but it cannot
be taken during peak season such as December
or January and it cannot be taken during
public holiday periods such as Easter or
during any major event weekends in the Cape
such as the Argus cycle tour etc
• Flights are subject to availability
• The prize will be awarded for the
entry, in the opinion of the judges, has
answered the question in the most apt and
original way.
• This prize is for two adults and
two children under the age of 16.
• Airport tax and travel insurance
are the responsibility of the prizewinner
• Travel is subject to Travel/Tour

• As well as the overall winning
teacher, the best teacher in each region
(North East, North West, Midlands, South
East and South West) will win a case of
Arniston Bay South African wine and a family
day pass, for four individuals - 2 adults
and 2 children, to a local theme park. The
nominator of the regional winner will win
£25 of shopping at Somerfield.
• Prizes are personal to the winner
and cannot be assigned or transferred
• No cash or credit alternative available
for holiday, theme parks and wine.
• The decision of the judges is final
and binding and no correspondence will be
entered into
• The winner will be notified within
28 days of the judging

of the promoter
• The promoter reserves the right
