Apple
and Cranberry Smoothie
"Perfect
to quench the thirst on a hot
summer’s day".
PREPARATION TIME:
5 minutes
SERVES: 2
INGREDIENTS:
225g cranberry juice, chilled
2 South African Golden Delicious
apples, peeled and sliced
½ cup crushed ice
3 tbsp orange juice
PREPARATION:
Put cranberry juice, apple and
ice in a blender. Blend for
a few seconds on high speed
or until ingredients are thoroughly
combined. Pour into a chilled
glass and top with the orange
juice. Serve immediately
